Ram Swaroop Gurjar

English & EVS Teacher, GPS Salgya ki Dhani Achrol

Ram Swaroop Gurjar started his teaching career at GPS Salgya Ki Dhani Achrol. He teaches students in classes 1 to 5. He enjoys activity-based learning and believes in teaching through fun and engaging methods. He joined the Neenv Fellowship to improve his teaching skills and become a smart teacher equipped for the 21st century.

Uttam Singh Rajpurohit

English & Hindi Teacher,GPS Bolyavala Achrol

Uttam Singh Rajpurohit started his teaching career as a government teacher at GPS Bolyavala Achrol. He teaches English and Hindi to students in classes 1 to 5. Uttam finds joy in teaching and interacting with children. He joined the Neenv Fellowship to gain new ideas for improving his teaching skills. His goal is to enhance his students' learning experience by effectively using technology to achieve their learning goals.

Ramesh Saradhana 

Maths Teacher, GPS Bodya Ki Dhani Achrol.

Ramesh Saradhana started his teaching career at GPS Bodya Ki Dhani Achrol. As a mathematics teacher, he teaches students in classes 1 to 5. Ramesh enjoys working with children and helping them solve their problems. He joined the Neenv Fellowship to learn teaching methods that cater to students' needs and improve their understanding. His goal is to ensure that children's learning levels align with their respective classes.

Nirmala Soni

English Teacher, Govt. Primary School, Achrol

Neelam Soni joined the Neenv Fellowship with a strong desire to enhance her teaching skills and create a better learning environment for her students. Throughout her journey, Neelam explored new teaching techniques, strategies for effective classroom management, and methods for designing impactful lesson plans. During the training, Neelam appreciated how each concept was explained with clarity and detail, making it easier for her to apply these strategies in her classroom. She admired the dedication and energy of the trainers, which motivated her to actively participate and improve her practice. Neelam now feels more confident and equipped with practical tools to engage her students effectively. With her newfound knowledge, she is committed to fostering a joyful and productive classroom environment.

Seema Kumari Meena

English & HindiTeacher, GUPS Pilva Chandwaji

Seema Kumari Meena started her teaching career as a government teacher at GUPS Pilva Chandwaji. She teaches English and Hindi to students in primary classes. Seema enjoys working with children and joined the Neenv Fellowship to improve her teaching and other skills. Her goal is to ensure that children's learning levels align with their respective classes.

Robin

 Hindi and EVS Teacher,Govt Upper Primary School Dhani Meenan

Robin has been working as a teacher for six years, fulfilling his lifelong dream of becoming an educator. Throughout this journey, he has learned the importance of guiding children with patience and play-based methods rather than pressure. By creating a joyful and open-hearted environment, he has successfully supported his students' learning and growth. This approach has allowed Robin to experience a sense of freedom in teaching — a freedom he believes every child deserves in the classroom. His dedication to keeping students happy and engaged has led to remarkable progress, enabling them to achieve outcomes he once found challenging. With a background in D.El.Ed and B.Ed, Robin continues to embrace new methods that prioritize student well-being and active learning.

Mahendar

Maths and Hindi Teacher, Government Primary School, Salgya Ki Dhani

Mahendra joined the Neenv Fellowship with a desire to improve his teaching skills and better understand how to support his students effectively. Initially, he faced challenges such as self-doubt and hesitation. However, over time, especially during a 10-day training program, he overcame these fears and gained confidence. During the training, Mahendra felt a sense of comfort and connection with peers, similar to the camaraderie he experienced in his school environment. Through interactive activities and practice sessions, he learned effective strategies for classroom engagement and improved his teaching methods.

Neha

By creating a TLM-rich (Teaching-Learning Materials) classroom, she has fostered curiosity and a love for learning among her students. Neha’s commitment to enhancing student learning through creative strategies reflects her passion for teaching and her belief in nurturing young minds for long-term success.
